3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years of age. 
   
   
4. Permanent and casual employees of the Promoter contractors, subcontractors and subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 
   
   
5. The promotion commences on the 12.01AM AEST 10th June 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST 7th July 2026 (the Promotional Period).
   
   
6. This is a game of chance and subject to these Terms and Conditions, skill plays no part in determining the Winners and each valid entry will not be individually judged. Each entry has an equal chance of winning and Winners are randomly selected.
   
   
7. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period and how to enter would define what constitutes a valid entry. Entry is FREE and gained by purchasing any specially marked product on promotion from a New Sunrise store, which results in instructions given to the customer with their proof of purchase so they can enter online.   
     
8. To be eligible to enter, entrants must fill out the web form on winatrip.newsunrise.com.au providing all requested personal and store details of the form as well as to submit a valid proof of purchase.
   
   
9. The entrant is automatically entered into the draw upon Promoter’s receipt of a valid complete web form.

11. Entrants can enter the competition only if they have purchased any specially marked products from a participating outlet and have a valid proof of purchase (store receipt). 
    
    
12. An entrant may enter as many times as they like, providing they purchase a participating promotion product, and a single proof of purchase per valid entry.
    
    
13. 14. Total Prize Pool is $30,000 details as follows:

15. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for any other prize or transferable.
    
    
16. Winners of the Prizes will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
    
    
17. The draw will take place at 9am 8th July 2026.
    All draws will be conducted at New Sunrise Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 3 Gibbes Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067. The winners will have their details (surname, initial of the first name, store name and postcode) published on www.newsunrise.com.au, as well as promoter’s social media pages on 2 business days after the day of the draws. 
    
    
18. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prize, a prize draw will be conducted at 9am at New Sunrise Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 3 Gibbes Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067 as follows: 
    
    If the Winner is from South Australia, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within two months after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw the forfeited prize on 7th September 2026. Suppose a Winner from any other State or Territory cannot be contacted within one month after being announced as the Winner. In that case, the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will redraw the prize on 7th September 2026. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at New Sunrise Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 3 Gibbes Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067 at 9am. 
    
    
19. The winner is drawn and they will be contacted by phone and/or in writing within 2 business days. The winners will have their details (surname, initial of the first name and postcode) published on newsunrise.com.au, as well as promoters social media pages on the day of this draw.
    
    
20. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and otherwise in accordance with entrants consent.
    
    
21. All Submissions will be the property of the Promoter. The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
    
    
22. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
    
    
23. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this competition or the prizes that comprise this competition.
    
    
24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.
    
    
25. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
26. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
    
    
27. Upon entry into the competition, an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. The promoter may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. This information will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and New Sunrise’s Privacy Policy.
