When Anne S. purchased a long-abandoned site in June 2024, he saw an opportunity to breathe new life into the community. To make her vision a reality, Anne turned to the New Sunrise Team. Over the past nine months, the site has transformed into a vibrant, eye-catching destination, proudly adorned in the iconic Sunrise Local Store orange branding.

Anne’s goal was clear: to align to a strong, recognisable brand that would attract foot traffic, foster customer trust, and provide a distinct competitive edge. By keeping the message simple yet impactful, and the support he has received, Anne feels he found the perfect partner in New Sunrise. The branding, design, and approach, keeping well within budget, allowed him to deliver a business that not only stands out in a crowded market, but also provides flexibility to allow for growth around Grab & Go and Hot Food.
