"I cannot give what could be called "measurable" ways NSG has helped our site, but the training with Sylvia certainly made me focus strongly on merchandising, especially monthly promos. My boys have picked up on this, and as a result the shop looks very good indeed. All current promos are displayed nicely, price labels are all correct and stock is clean and well presented. I am very pleased with how the stimulus I received at the training in Bendigo has flowed down to the staff and there is a sense of pride in the place."
